Information you provide

If you use the contact form or email directly, the information you choose to provide — such as your name, email address, company and message — is used to respond to your inquiry and communicate with you about your request.

Website and security data

The website is delivered through Cloudflare. Like most web infrastructure providers, Cloudflare may process technical information necessary to deliver and secure the site, such as IP address, request information, browser/device information, timestamps and security signals.

Analytics

The site uses PostHog for privacy-focused analytics to understand website usage. This can include pages viewed, navigation and outbound clicks, referral sources, browser and device information, and engagement with site features such as the showreel and music player. These usage journeys may be associated with an anonymous, pseudonymous visitor ID that can persist across page loads.

The visitor ID is a random opaque value created by the site and stored in first-party browser storage. It is not derived from an IP address and is not intended to identify a visitor by name or other real-world identity. PostHog may derive approximate city, region/state and country information from network information used to deliver analytics requests. The site does not intentionally send a raw IP address as an analytics event property, and raw IP addresses are not intentionally shown in the private analytics dashboard.

Session replay and automatic interaction capture are disabled. Showreel and music analytics contain summarized playback time, timeline segments, seeks and completion classifications rather than a continuous recording of activity. Contact-form analytics record only stages such as started, field stage reached, submitted, succeeded, errored or abandoned, plus interaction duration. Abandoned form contents are not collected. Names, email addresses, messages, typed text, field values and verification tokens are not sent to PostHog.

Cookies

Idokashi.com does not intentionally use advertising cookies. PostHog's own analytics persistence remains memory-only, while the site stores the random anonymous visitor ID described above in first-party browser storage. Essential security services may use technical mechanisms necessary to deliver the site and protect it and its forms from abuse.

Third-party services

The website uses third-party service providers where necessary to operate the site, including Cloudflare for hosting/security, PostHog for privacy-focused website analytics and Resend for contact-form email delivery. Information is shared with those providers only as needed to provide those functions.

Retention

Contact messages and related correspondence may be retained for as long as reasonably useful for business communication, recordkeeping, or legal obligations. Analytics and security data are retained according to the settings and policies of the services used to operate the site.

You may contact Ido Kashi to ask about personal information you have submitted through this website or to request that it be corrected or deleted, subject to applicable legal and recordkeeping requirements.
